This is a translation provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. Purpose and terms of use
This is an informational website: it explains what Reinicia does, publishes articles on applying AI to business processes and offers two ways of getting in touch (the contact form and the AI assessment). No products or services are sold online: there is no basket, no payment and no contracting here. Any Reinicia service is contracted separately, through a proposal and prior agreement.
Browsing reinicia.io makes you a user of the website and means you accept this legal notice. By using it, you agree to:
- Use the website and its forms lawfully, and not for fraudulent purposes.
- Not enter false information or impersonate anyone else.
- Not send other people's personal data, confidential information, credentials or sensitive documents through the forms. To review a case, understanding the process is enough for us; specific data is looked at later, once there is an agreement in place.
- Not attempt to damage the website or its services: attacks, automated mass submissions, unauthorised access or any practice that degrades the service for others.
3. The content on this website
The articles, guides and texts published here are for general information. They are our professional reading of a field (applied AI) that changes quickly: what is good practice today may not be tomorrow. They do not constitute personalised legal, tax, financial or technical advice, and no business decision should be taken on the basis of them alone.
Any figures and results quoted relate to specific projects, with their own context and conditions. They are not a promise of results for any other case.
4. The AI-generated assessment
The assessment page uses a language model to give you, within a few seconds, a first steer on the process you describe to us. You should know exactly what it is and what it isn't:
- It is for guidance only. It is generated automatically from what you type (or dictate), without knowing your business, your data or your real constraints.
- It can be wrong. Language models make mistakes and can state inaccurate things with complete confidence. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation, not as a report.
- It has no legal effect and decides nothing about you. There is no automated evaluation that classifies you, excludes you or determines whether we work with you: that is always reviewed by a person.
- It does not replace a real assessment. A serious analysis requires looking at processes, data, tools and people.
Reinicia accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of that automated guidance.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The design of this website, its code, texts, images and structure, and the Reinicia brand (name, logo and visual identity) belong to its owner or are used under a sufficient licence. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may freely read, print and share links to this content. You may also quote extracts, citing the source and linking to the original page. What you may not do without prior written permission is reproduce it in full, transform it, distribute it or exploit it commercially, or use the brand or logo in a way that suggests a relationship, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.
If you believe any content on this website infringes your rights, email us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
6. Links to other websites
This website may link to third-party pages (documentation, tools, articles) when they add context. Those links do not mean that Reinicia endorses, supervises or shares their content, and we have no control over them: they may change, disappear or stop being reliable without our knowing.
When you leave reinicia.io, the terms and privacy policy that apply to you are those of the site you arrive at. If you spot a broken or problematic link, let us know and we will remove it.
You may link to reinicia.io without asking our permission, provided the link leads to the page as it is, without reproducing it inside another page or implying a commercial relationship that does not exist.
7. Liability and availability
We take care to ensure the information published is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will remain valid indefinitely. We correct whatever is pointed out to us.
Nor can we guarantee that the website will be available without interruption: it depends on third-party services (hosting, network, automation and AI providers) that may fail. We will do what is reasonable to restore it as soon as possible, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
To the extent permitted by law, Reinicia is not liable for damage arising from use of the website, from being unable to use it, from viruses or malicious code introduced by third parties, or from decisions taken on the basis of its content.
8. Data protection and cookies
How we process the data you give us through the forms (what we collect, why, on what legal basis, who else sees it and how long we keep it) is explained in the privacy policy.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The details are in the cookie policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute relating to the use of this website, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's registered address, unless the applicable regulations (particularly consumer protection law) establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
Reinicia may amend this legal notice when the website, the services it describes or the applicable regulations change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date at the top.
